(1) Bad weather is considered when conditions prevent the safe execution of the activity. Cloudiness or rain are not considered bad weather under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We recommend that you carefully read the provided information before participating in the activity, as compliance with the rules is mandatory<\/strong> in order to take part in the buggy tour.<\/p>\n

  • The minimum age for drivers is 21 years.<\/li>\n
  • Participation is possible for children aged 4 and above.<\/li>\n
  • No deposit is required, but there is a deductible of \u20ac1,500.00 in the event of an accident.<\/li>\n
  • For an additional \u20ac20 PER driver, the deductible can be reduced to \u20ac0.00. This must be paid on-site before the tour starts, if desired.<\/li>\n
  • In case of willful disregard of the guide\u2019s safety instructions or traffic rules, the participant must bear the full cost of any damage.<\/li>\n
  • One driver change is allowed during the tour.<\/li>\n
  • Buggy drivers must bring their ORIGINAL and VALID driver\u2019s license from their home country. OTHER DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. (No copies, photos, PDFs, or apps).<\/li>\n
  • Closed shoes are mandatory. Flip-flops are not allowed.<\/li>\n
  • We recommend wearing sturdy clothing and sunglasses for the ride.<\/li>\n
  • We will make a stop at the Randa Monastery, so we recommend bringing some small change for the coffee break.<\/li>\n
  • The tour starts ON TIME. We CANNOT wait for late participants. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend planning your travel time and possible parking search in advance.<\/li>\n
  • Adventure Tours Mallorca reserves the right to exclude customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs from the tour \u2013 No refunds will be issued.<\/li>\n

    Route Changes<\/strong>
    Due to official regulations, legal requirements, events, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or change the planned route of our buggy tours at any time, including at short notice.<\/p>\n

    Such changes are made to ensure safety and compliance with regulations and do not entitle participants to a price reduction or cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
