Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start with full refund

CANCELATIONS BY ADVENTURE TOURS MALLORCA SL:

100% refund of the entire value.

CANCELATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER (1):

100% refund of the entire value.

(1) Bad weather is when conditions prevent the safe development of the activity. Under no circumstances are clouds or rain considered bad weather.

CANCELATIONS FOR EVENTS OR GROUP BOOKINGS:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the activity: 100% refund of the total value.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the activity: 30% cost, 70% refund of the total value.

Cancellation 7 days or less before the activity: 100% cost, 0% refund of the total value.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPORTANT NOTES:

We recommend that you read the information provided carefully before participating in the activity, as compliance with the regulations is mandatory in order to participate in the buggy tour.

  • The minimum age for drivers is 21 years.
  • Participation is possible for children aged 4 and over.
  • No deposit is required, but there is an excess of € 1,500.00 in the event of an accident.
  • For a surcharge of € 20 per driver, the excess is reduced to € 0.00, payable locally before the start of the tour if you wish.
  • In the event of willful disregard of the guide’s safety instructions or disregard of the traffic regulations, the participant must pay the full cost of the damage.
  • ONE driver change is possible during the tour.
  • Buggy drivers must bring their ORIGINAL and VALID driver’s license from their country of origin. OTHER DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. (No copy, no PHOTO/PDF or apps).
  • Closed shoes are compulsory, flip-flops are not permitted.
  • It is recommended that you wear robust clothing and sunglasses for the trip.
  • We make a stop at the Randa monastery, so we recommend that you bring some change for the coffee break.
  • The tour starts promptly. We can NOT wait for late participants. We ask for your understanding and recommend that you plan your arrival time and a possible search for a parking space in advance.
  • Adventure Tours Mallorca is entitled to keep customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs away from the tour. – The money will not be refunded
